What is VYVE?
Paid lives in a very small group with creators. Book your seat, ask your questions, even go on camera. A real live moment, never recorded. It happens only once.
How much does a live cost?
Each creator sets the price of their session, at a small price. You pay once, for that specific live. No subscription, no commitment.
Where can I watch the lives?
Right in your browser, on desktop or phone, nothing to install. Book from a link and join in one click. The mobile app is coming soon.
What if the creator cancels?
You choose: a full refund, or keep your seat for a future live by that creator. You have 14 days to decide. With no answer, you’re refunded automatically.
What if I can no longer come?
Cancel before the live starts and you’re refunded. Once the live has taken place, the seat has been used. If there’s a technical issue on our end, you’re refunded.
What can I do during a live?
Far more than watch. You can chat, ask your questions (they get read out), send a tip, and the creator can invite you on camera. It’s a small group, and you really take part.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Everything goes through Stripe, the global payment standard, so VYVE never sees your card number. And your money stays safe until the live ends. The creator is only paid afterwards.
